  In this case, we can notice that the improvement of the facial profile which was achieved by replacing the bone of the upper jaw backward. We should mention that we have resolved the problem of the anterior crowded anterior teeth and dental discrepancy by replacing the molars backward (without extraction). Also we notice the correction of the anterior deep bite. The treatment of this case took only 8 months.
