Case 4:

   Our patient was suffering from the big advancement of the upper jaw and retro-positioned chin. After we have performed the presurgical orthodontic treatment, the orthognatic surgery -which included the retraction of the upper jaw and the protraction of the chin- has been done. The second showed how we could improve the facial profile for our patient.
