Case 11:

This patient had a congenitally narrow upper jaw and crowded anterior teeth. The goal of the
orthodontic treatment for our patient is to expand the maxilla and to align the crowded teeth after extraction of the four first premolars. That had been established after only one year and three months of the orthodontic treatment.
