Proper
Brushing :

Place bristles along the
gumline at a 45-degree angle. Bristles should contact both
the gumline.

Move the brush in a vertical
manner from the gumline to the teeth and this is a facial
treatment to the gum and push out the remaining food .
|

For example start with the
right side to the left for both upper and lower teeth, and
don't forget the enterior tongue surface for the teeth .
|
|
For the front teeth hold
the brush in a vertical manner as in the figure and move
it outside .
|
|
Brush the occlusal sufaces
of the posterior teeth as you see below .
